Tool
Steel Screws MALLARDŽ
tool steel screws are manufactured to any
design and material specification. We offer both new screws as well as
rebuilds.
Zeiger Industries is the only screw manufacturer who designed and built our own
grinding
machine. Why is this important? By designing our own machine to our
own specifications,
we were able to configure our entire screw manufacturing process around the
grinder's
capabilities. In doing so, we have eliminated many of the steps required
to manufacture
hardened tool steel screws through the conventional known processes.
Zeiger Industries is
pleased to provide our customers with guidelines for selecting the proper grade
of steel for
hardened tool steel screws, as manufactured by us.
Depending upon availability, Zeiger Industries
reserves the right to substitute equivalent materials at its discretion.
ZPM

the MALLARDŽ ZPM high
performance screw designs. ZPM (Zeiger Posi-Melt) screws are
designed to handle the toughest
conditions with ease, and are recommended for even shear
sensitive applications, where better melt
quality and better color mixing are a concern. ZPM
screws can be manufactured from any
materials of construction, including:
MALLARDŽ ZPM screws are available for a small upcharge to a standard general purpose screw, and are guaranteed to provide pre-agreed process improvements or the screw will be reworked or replaced at no cost to the customer.
